House Rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

The space
Nestled within the historic Bessemer House is this newly designed apartment.

Retreat into this apartment with massive living and diner area, a space full of soothing white and creme tones, opulent furnishings and decor, and a feel of the historic steel city from within the iconic building.

The massive living area has modern furnishing with comfy high end sofas. It also has a 4 seater diner and a smart 42" TV connected to the internet for guest entertainment.

The massive room has a king-size bed, wardrobe and two armchairs placed around a table for relaxation. There's also a study table for make up and home study/work.

The walk-in kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils to suit long term guests and short stay nomads.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries are provided including a scale to daily keep your fitness goals.

There's a sit-out area with 2 sofas for guest relaxation and smoking area. Including an additional balcony.

Guests have access to the entire apartment including the exclusive sitting area leading up to the apartment.

If you try to book this and find your date is taken, please get in touch anyway. I have other flats that might be free in the same building. I will do my best to match their prices too!
Guest interaction
We provide a 24-hour self-check-in service. A code will be provided for the key lock and thereafter we can be reached via message or phone call at all times. There's also a concierge within the building that could easily resolve any issues.

The apartment is close to some of Sheffield’s best-known avenues of unique and unpretentious style, from the on-trend dining of Fitzwilliam street to the boutique retail and coffee shops of High Street within 7mins drive and the eclectic charms of West Street within 9mins drive.
24Hrs big Tesco shop is a 3min drive, while the arena is within 6 mins drive.
