The space

Modern, clean, bright and smoke-free. Having high ceiling and high 8 ft windows which throw in ambient light and fresh air, you will definitely love the space. The massive bedroom has a king-size bed and a stylish study or dressing. The open plan living area is tastefully decorated and well lit up plus has a sofabed which sleeps additional 2 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, washing machine and fridge freezer plus all necessary amenities for short to long stay guests.
You enter the apartment through prestigious grand stairs case in the heart of the building and if you don't fancy climbing the stairs, there is a lift to all levels and an onsite concierge and off road gated car park. Once the king of world steel, Sheffield is home to Bessemer house, one of Sheffield Iconic buildings in the industrial quarter. In a perfect attempt to mix the old and the new houses this crafted apartment will be the perfect base for exploring the best of Sheffield best coffee, cafes, hidden bars and fantastic dining options. The building has ample free street parking.

Guest access

The entire apartment is available for guests including the sit-out area leading to the apartment entrance. However, we only provide beds and beddings for the number of guests booked.

Additional notes

Extra services such as early check-in, late check-out, extra beddings, mid-stay clean and pets may incur additional fees.

Guest interaction

We provide 24 hours self-check-in facilities to avoid unnecessary contact and after then can be contacted by message or text.

House Rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Regarding the sofa bed, I will assume if the reservation is booked for only two guests that the sofa bed will not be required. If you do require the sofa bed please do let me know (An extra bedding charge may apply).
