I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Providing 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom, this beautiful and newly furnished flat can this stylish 1-bedroom flat will make you feel at home and will give you everything you will need for your perfect work trip or getaway.

Тhe lounge area will provide you with a calm space to escape the hussle and bussle of the city. Comprising of a large sofa, the lounge all offer a SMART TV complete with Netflix and access to YouTube, as well as super-fast internet.

The walk-in kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils to suit long term guests and short-stay nomads.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries are provided including a weight scale to daily keep your fitness goals.

There's a sit-out area with a sofa for guest relaxation and the smoking area outside. Secured parking on site for up to 10 cars or convenient free street parking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment including the exclusive sitting area leading up to the apartment.
Additional notes
Check-in time is usually after 3pm and check-out time is usually before 11am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Guest interaction
We provide a 24-hour self-check-in service. A code will be provided for the smart door lock and thereafter I can be reached via message or phone call at all times. There's also a concierge within the building that could easily resolve any issues.
