House Rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Regarding the sofa bed, I will assume if the reservation is booked for only two guests that the sofa bed will not be required. If you do require the sofa bed please do let me know (An extra bedding charge may apply).

The space
In the morning, wake up to the mild rays of sunlight from the tall north windows, put relaxing music on the media system and make breakfast in a wood-on-white kitchenette in a room with unique design pieces. Settle into the sofa and marvel at the soothing white and yellow interior pieced together to give you a relaxed stay.

You enter the apartment through private entrance door, and locate the apartment. there's an onsite concierge and an optional off road gated car park. Once the king of world steel, Sheffield is home to Bessemer house, one of Sheffield Iconic buildings in the industrial quarter. In a perfect attempt to mix the old and the new houses this crafted apartment will be the perfect base for exploring the best of Sheffield best coffee, cafes, hidden bars and fantastic dining options.

Bessemer House was built in 1901 to serve as the Head Office for the Bessemer Steel Company, founded by Sir Henry Bessemer who, in the 1850’s discovered an inexpensive new way to mass produce steel. Sir Henry moved to Sheffield in 1859 and established the first commercial Bessemer melting shop on the other side of Carlisle Street. The Bessemer process was probably one of the most important contributions to the Industrial Revolution. The Bessemer boom made Sheffield the kings of world steel. Its products were sent all over the world, bringing wealth and prosperity to Sheffield, giving us the name, Steel City.
