The space

Retreath into this apartment with massive living and diner area, a space full of soothing white and creme tones, opulent furnishings and decor, and a feel of the historic steel city from within the iconic building.

The massive living area has modern furnishing with a double sofa bed which sleeps 2 additional guests. It also has a 4 seater diner and a smart 42" TV connected to the internet for guest entertainment.

The good-sized room has a double bed, wardrobe and armchair with light lemon painting to tune the mind.

The large walk-in kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, microwave, washing machine and cooking utensils to suit long term guests and short stay Isolaters.

The bathroom has a shower and all toiletries are provided.

There's a sit-out area with a sofas for guest relaxation and smoking area. Including an additional private balcony.

Guest access

The entire apartment is available for guests including the sit-out area leading to the apartment entrance. Theres a private balcony to this apartment.
However, we only provide beds and beddings for the number of guests booked.

Additional notes

If you try to book this apartment and find some of all your date is taken, please get in touch anyway. I have other flats that might be free in the same building. I will do my best to match their prices too!

Guest interaction

I provide 24 hours self-check-in facilities to avoid unnecessary contact at these times and after then can be contacted by message or text. There's a concierge on the building who will be of assistance to you.

House Rules

I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £100 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.

Regarding the sofa bed, I will assume if the reservation is booked for only two guests that the sofa bed will not be required. If you do require the sofa bed please do let me know (An extra bedding charge may apply).
